General terms of use for Ripple Mission

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ripple Mission platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ripple Mission is a platform that allows users to:

  • Create a profile and define their skills
  • Participate in events organized by the community
  • Connect with other members through chat and matching (Magic Connect)
  • Access exclusive content through Premium subscription (Maestro)

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Registration Requirements

  • You must be at least 16 years old to register
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • An account is strictly personal and cannot be shared

3.2 Suspension and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Harmful behavior towards other users

4. Code of Conduct

The following is prohibited:

  • Publishing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
  • Impersonating other people or entities
  • Sending spam or unauthorized promotional content
  • Violating the intellectual property of third parties
  • Attempting to illegally access the platform or other users' data

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you publish (messages, bio, skills). However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute such content to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Ripple Mission is not responsible for user-generated content and reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Maestro Plan (Premium)

  • The Maestro subscription is automatically renewed on a monthly or annual basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial periods

6.2 Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize recurring charges if applicable.

7. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. Ripple Mission is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service
  • Content or behavior of other users
  • Events organized by users (Ripple Mission facilitates, does not organize)

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the Ripple Mission platform (design, logo, code) belong to Ripple Mission. It is prohibited to copy, modify, or distribute platform content without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of substantial changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Verona.
